Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with any tags attached.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you instructions and confirm the return address.

How to return

Email us at with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Pack the item(s) securely and send them to: Oppenheimstraat 40, 3053 TX Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 1 week. Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded where required by law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can resolve it.
